We at Best Brilliance are seeking a visionary Art Director to lead the creative direction of our luxury jewelry brand. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate our visual identity across all platforms while managing and inspiring a team of talented designers.

✍️ Key Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee the creative vision of the brand, ensuring consistency across all digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, managing workflows to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative strategies that align with business goals.
• Conceptualize and execute standout campaigns that resonate with global audiences.
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and premium visual identity.
• Stay ahead of design and industry trends, integrating innovative ideas into the brand’s visual language.

🎯 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in creative direction, ideally in luxury, jewelry, or fashion industries.
• Proven experience leading a creative team and managing multiple projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and creative vision.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools – a plus, but not a must.
• Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Native-level English proficiency – required.
• Ability to work in Israel with occasional office attendance as needed.
