About the Role

Join our MSSP team as a Cortex XSIAM Specialist, where you will design and implement advanced playbooks, workflows, and integrations that elevate our SOC’s capabilities. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our XSIAM-driven SOC, ensuring seamless automation and integration across tools and platforms to provide unmatched security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Cortex XSIAM playbooks and automation workflows for our MSSP operations.
• Integrate XSIAM with ticketing systems, cloud platforms, and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot and fine-tune workflows to enhance SOC performance.
• Drive innovation in incident response by leveraging automation.
• Train SOC analysts and provide documentation for new workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Hands-on with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR/XSIAM or similar platforms.
• Skills: Proficiency in Python, APIs, and system integrations.
• Knowledge: Incident lifecycle management and cybersecurity best practices.
• Bonus: Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps expertise.
