Barzel Media is a media agency based in in Tel Aviv connecting influencers to meaningful brand partnerships. We have an elaborate network of influencers that have been uniquely supportive to Israel and Jewish causes. We seek to amplify their voices, and monetize their efforts, by establishing brand sponsorships with marketers and brands. We help deliver Influencer Marketing that is aligned with the values of a brand, and the causes that its founders care about most.

The Influencer Account Manager Role:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Account Manager to join our team. This role will support our agency with the flow of daily work in pursuing brand partnerships, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and executing on influencer partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. Present, promote, and sell Barzel Media’s agency services to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and ensure long-term customer retention.
• Client Outreach and Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments. Initiate contact with prospective clients through email, phone, and in-person meetings. Qualify leads and assess client needs to tailor approaches effectively.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our services to meet their needs. Regularly update clients on new services and opportunities.
• Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations to enhance market reach. Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities and initiatives. Manage and maintain relationships with partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.
• Report on sales progress, pipeline status, and client feedback. Be in tune with market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Provide regular updates and reports to management on our progress.
• Influencers partnership execution: Identify, engage, and close partnerships with influencers who align with brand.
• Propose brand partnerships within our network of Influencers, identify campaign goals, onboard influencers, and track their performance metrics to ensure marketing goals.
• Position is based in Israel, and reports to management in Tel Aviv, and must be available to work with both US and Israeli based clients.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in influencer marketing, account management, business development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and account management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Social Media, Traditional Media, and/or Content.
• Experience in the creator economy
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Advertising.
• Enthusiasm and passion for Israel and Jewish advocacy.
