Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ML/AI Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will design and develop AI-driven solutions to tackle challenges in the road safety domain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models for analyzing road safety data.
• Work with Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Report directly to the CTO and collaborate on strategic AI/ML initiatives.
• Analyze and process point cloud data, images, and 3D visualizations for road infrastructure analysis.
• Design, train, and deploy AI models to production environments.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate models with AWS cloud services.
• Develop algorithms for computer vision and image processing tasks related to road safety.
• Optimize and scale AI solutions for performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to our domain.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets, including point cloud data and images.
• Familiarity with AWS services – advantageous.
• Experience with computer vision and image processing – advantageous.
• Knowledge of C# – a bonus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
