PMO

What will you do:

Implement project management methodologies, assess their impact on project objectives, and build an overall status picture while flagging risks and initiating corrective actions.

Support the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle on various issues.

Plan, manage, and monitor work schedules project plans, and budgets.

Develop and track risk management plans.

Perform analysis of planned vs. actual performance, from proposal stage to project completion.

Manage and analyse workforce workload data across projects.

Integrate between the company departments: R&D, Ops., Customer support, Finance, etc.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Economics, or Business Administration – mandatory, PMP (advantage).

2-4 years of experience in project planning and control or PMO – mandatory.

Familiarity with project management methodologies, including schedule management (Gantt), budget tracking (monitoring and control methods, earned value), risk management, and metrics – mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel – mandatory.

Experience with SAP (PS module) – an advantage.

Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet – an advantage.

Familiarity with projects in the governmental industry – an advantage.
