This exceptional project, part of the revitalization and development of northern Israel, encompasses hospitality, retail, cultural spaces (including an amphitheater and conference halls), luxury residences, a promenade, and more. The project is currently in advanced stages of planning and approval.

The company is a prominent player in the real estate sector, excelling in diverse projects as both a developer and a contractor.

The headquarters are located in Ra'anana, where most of the work will be based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of a prestigious tourism and commercial complex within this large-scale, groundbreaking project.
• Leading work processes from planning and construction stages to full operational execution.
• Developing operational strategies, managing budgets, and designing financial processes to ensure the project’s success.
• Fundraising and investor relations, including capital raising from financial institutions and private investors.
• Overseeing fundraising processes with capital markets and banks.
• Managing interfaces with planning, execution, marketing, and financial teams within the project.
• Working closely with the company’s executive management and participating in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in tourism or commerce sectors.
• Experience in raising capital and working with investors – essential.
• Significant experience managing a large hotel chain – a strong advantage.
• Experience in managing shopping malls or commercial centers.
• In-depth knowledge of budget management and financial processes in large-scale projects.
• Proven experience working with planning, execution, and marketing teams.
• High-level leadership and managerial skills with strategic vision and the ability to operate in a dynamic, complex environment.
