GoTo seeks a Digital Marketing and Automation Manager to lead and optimize our digital channels. This role emphasizes managing customer lifecycle journeys and automating marketing processes. It combines the management of digital assets with the execution of innovative customer journey strategies that enhance engagement, conversion, and loyalty across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Digital Asset Management: Own and manage GoTo's digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Marketing Automation: Develop and implement lifecycle campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools to create persona-based, personalized journeys for improved engagement and conversion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align content strategies across digital platforms.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors for digital design and development projects.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze customer data to identify opportunities to enhance experiences, optimize campaigns, and refine customer journeys.
- Customer Insights: Continuously monitor key performance metrics and adapt strategies based on insights to improve retention and loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of managing customer lifecycle/retention through marketing automation platforms.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Prior experience in digital marketing within app-based companies; e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of tools like Braze, AppsFlyer, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Creativity and Organization: A balance of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Teamwork and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
