The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team on a 6-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through innovative product strategies, with a strong focus on e-commerce and monetization. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business strategy to identify and execute opportunities that maximize revenue, enhance customer experiences, and improve platform scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce and Monetization: Lead initiatives to optimize the e-commerce funnel, improve conversion rates, and develop innovative monetization strategies.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and revenue data to identify growth opportunities and execute data-informed decisions.
• Customer-Centric Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centric features that enhance platform usability and drive engagement.
• End-to-End Product Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Revenue Optimization: Identify and implement upselling, cross-selling, and bundling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate the product vision, growth objectives, and progress to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Market Insights: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on e-commerce, growth, and monetization in B2C environments.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing data to uncover trends, assess performance, and inform decision-making.
• Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering measurable growth and monetization outcomes.
