Automation and Site Manager

In this position you will:

• Maintain quality of service by ensuring effective communication & work processes between Knapp and the customers.
• Professional and personal management of over than 25 Automation technicians.
• Implement site quality procedures, safety procedures, and any statutory procedures.
• Hold regular meetings with the Customer Relations Manager to discuss activities and progress.
• Provide maintenance of site automation as required.
• Strategically plan and manage site budgets and associated commercial activities.
• Appreciate Health & Safety considerations about given tasks and be able to carry out risk assessments.

Professional requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience managing site with over 25 employees.
• Experience in data-driven decision making, data-analysis, and meeting KPI's.
• Technical experience /education in automation, machinery engineering, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Excellent command of English – spoken and written.
• Strong customer service experience and management.
• Experience in managing large budgets.
• Proactive approach, experience in initiating and leading processes and changes.
• Adaptive and capable of working in a dynamic, changing setting.
