Digital Project Manager

A large and leading service company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a unique a key position that combines project management with PMO responsibilities.

Role Highlights:

• Collaborating closely with the company’s VP of Digital on a variety of web development projects across different technologies and domains.
• Overseeing multiple ongoing projects, utilizing project management tools such as Gantt charts, flowcharts, project documentation, quality assurance, and timeline monitoring, while identifying issues and raising red flags.
• Conducting regular status meetings and actively driving project progress.
• Managing projects end-to-end, from requirement documentation and systems analysis to the development of user-facing solutions (UI/UX).
• Working closely with internal development teams and external vendors.
• Defining development, infrastructure, and information security requirements.
• Providing guidance and consulting to business stakeholders regarding operational workflows (O&M) and the selection of suitable technological solutions.

This is a Full-time position, on-site work at the company offices in Or Yehuda (not hybrid).

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management for web application development – mandatory.
• Significant experience with software development companies – mandatory.
• PMO experience, including project monitoring and the use of dedicated project management tools.
• Excellent management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in management, industrial engineering, or a relevant field – an advantage.
