Salesforce Product Manager

one Taldor is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to join a unique technological organization in central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead web-based product initiatives with a strong emphasis on user experience and cutting-edge technologies, aligning with business priorities.
• Analyze customer needs and gather requirements to redefine existing workflows and establish efficient new processes.
• Collaborate with development teams utilizing industry-standard product management metrics and methodologies.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive user experiences and system interfaces.
• Drive Agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience managing and defining solutions for Salesforce systems – Required.
• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technological domain – Required.
• 10+ years of experience with web technologies.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with leading cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Expertise with Agile workflows using tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Experience leading the transformation of significant business processes into digital solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft CRM systems – Advantageous.
