accessiBe is looking for a VP Brand & Product Marketing to join our Marketing department and our company management team. As the leader of 2 key disciplines in the company, you will have the opportunity to lead a group of professionals, and make a tremendous impact in a well established organization.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a group of 10+ professionals, including the Content team, Product Marketing team, Brand and NPO teams.
• Carrying the voice of Brand and Product Marketing in the management team.
• Leading and developing the company’s brand strategy. Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Establishing & Implementing the Product Marketing roadmap, and the PMM cross-company workflows.
• Build and manage the team’s relationships with various company functions such as Demand Generation, Sales, Product, and CX orgs, in order to implement brand & PMM strategy cross-company.
• Lead and oversee market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights. Utilize this information to shape product positioning and messaging.
• Developing communication strategies and protocols to protect and enhance the brand's reputation in times of crisis or controversy.
• Build and oversee PR strategy, including crisis communications strategies and brand reputation management.
• Own key marketing resources such as our website, social media, and email marketing for our existing customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 5 Years of experience Product Marketing - Must
• At least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing - Must
• At least 5 years of experience as a manager in your primary discipline (either Brand or Product Marketing) - Must
• At least 2 years of experience of managing managers - Must
• Strong SAAS B2B background - Must
• Proficiency in leadership and people management
• Experience in market research, customer interview, and analysis, and in transforming them into marketing decisions.
• Strong understanding of working with Sales & Product organizations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in doing PR, preferably in the US market
