Daily Tasks

IT Operations Management

• Oversee and manage all daily IT operations for stability, security, and high performance.
• Proactively monitor systems and infrastructure to address issues before they escalate.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and support the IT team, creating a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and guide professional development.
• Provide continuous training and development opportunities to keep skills current.

System & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and optimize networks, servers, and data storage solutions.
• Implement and routinely test backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee hardware and software deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.

Technology Strategy & Planning

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT priorities with business objectives.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
• Manage the IT budget, balancing cost optimization with quality and security standards.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with external service providers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, ensure service-level agreements are met, and track deliverables.
• Work with internal teams to understand and address evolving technology needs.
