Job description:
Lead the development and execution of innovative demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth for Sensos. This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented individual with expertise in marketing automation, lead generation, and digital marketing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, own every stage of the demand generation funnel, and ensure all campaigns align with Sensos' brand and drive measurable value.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and webinars.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates), and identify areas for optimization.
- Manage and optimize lead nurturing programs, including email sequences, website personalization, and targeted advertising, to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and buyer persona development to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead handoff processes.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation.
- Continuously test and iterate on campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns in a B2B technology environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and content marketing.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or relevant experience.
- Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system
