Senior Product Manager

One of our clients, a dynamic and fast-growing B2D company, is seeking to hire an experienced Product Manager to join their team.

This company is at the forefront of reinventing how developers monitor cloud-native applications, providing cutting-edge insights to streamline troubleshooting and enhance user experiences. They are passionate about crafting developer-centric products that redefine usability in the observability domain.

The ideal candidate will join a close-knit team of Product Managers and report directly to the VP of Product, contributing to the development of next-generation observability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Product and cross-functional teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on feedback and objectives.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and align product development goals.
• Partner with engineering teams to guide the development process and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work with product designers to create intuitive, visually compelling user experiences.
• Develop expertise in Kubernetes-based applications, DevOps practices, and observability technologies.
• Optimize customer conversion and engagement in a product-led growth (PLG) funnel.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive product improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in observability and cloud-native applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on technical products.
• Mandatory: Previous hands-on development experience
• Strong background working in startup companies.
• Proven experience with highly technical products.
• Candidates must have experience in B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience in software development processes, cloud-native architectures, and observability technologies.
• Preference for candidates from the observability domain or related fields.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Track record of delivering successful software products, particularly in SaaS or enterprise environments.

Advantages:

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
• Previous experience in observability, application performance monitoring (APM), or logging and monitoring.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
