Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter at HR Home located in Yoqneam Illit, with flexibility for remote work. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, hiring, and effective communication with candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and source top talent.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in creating effective recruitment strategies
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
