Real Estate Appraiser

The Appraisers Unit is responsible for managing and coordinating the real estate appraisal process for housing loans.

The unit oversees the operation and management of external appraisal offices providing services to the organization and its clients.

Responsibilities include conducting reviews and validations of the appraisals provided by external appraisers.

Providing professional support to the mortgage department, branch staff, and various units within the organization.

Delivering professional opinions for real estate financing transactions, with an emphasis on credit risks.

Collecting information, analyzing it, and sharing the findings with business units within the organization.

Advancing transactions while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring high-quality and professional deliverables.

Job Requirements:

Active Real Estate Appraiser certification – required

least 4 years of practical experience in real estate appraisal – required; preference for experience in collateral for banking credit.

Bachelor's degree – required

Preference for experience working in the financial sector.
