As a POC Expert, your primary focus will be ensuring technically successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) for small to medium-sized deals, empowering our sales teams to secure more wins and accelerate Harmony sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct demos and POCs to educate field sales and partners on Harmony solutions
• Provide technical enablement, presales support, and guidance for small/medium deals
• Qualify customer opportunities, identify pain points, and demonstrate solution value
• Facilitate remote POCs, ensuring successful evaluations and seamless customer experiences
• Collaborate with Check Point Sales, SEs, and partners to drive follow-ups and POC success
• Develop sales tools (POC guides, RFI templates, presales demos) and lead quarterly webinars
• Troubleshoot customer scenarios, reproduce issues, and engage R&D for resolution
• Share field insights with R&D and Product Management to improve adoption and win rates
• Define and refine presales and post-sales processes for better deployment experiences
  
  

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the Technical Pre-Sales/QA/Support field
• Strong presentation skills face to face and remote
• Technical knowledge transfer capabilities, the ability to demonstrate solutions and show the value to the end user
• Knowledge in Check Point’s Harmony Solutions (End Point, Mobile, Browse, SASE (Perimeter 81) or Email (Avanan) – Major Advantage
• Process oriented – Ability to translate the process into a documented methodology
• Experience in Windows/Mac OS/IOS/Android basic admin level - advantage
• Basic client-server networking knowledge - advantage
• Prior experience in the Cyber Security domain – advantage
• Prior experience in cloud based / SaaS solutions – advantage
• Strong communication (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, and self-motivated
• Technology oriented with quick learning capabilities
• Flexibility and versatility with creative thinking
