The Role

As a Software Team Lead, you’ll take charge of managing and growing a dedicated team while working hands-on to the core of our platform. You’ll work closely with the VP R&D, supporting the scaling of our backend services and taking full ownership of features from design through production.

This role combines technical leadership with direct development work, giving you both responsibility and the space to make an impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing at least one development team in a start-up company.
• 8+ years of development experience, preferably in backend, SaaS, cyber security, or cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, message brokers, and both SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to set development standards, synchronize team efforts, and elevate overall performance.
• Strong communication skills—sharp and concise, and knowing when to elaborate.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and identity management solutions is a plus.
