Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Engineering and Operations Manager– Cellular Network Domain

We are a fast-growing company specializing in the cellular domain, operating our proprietary 5G network. Backed by a major financial player, we provide a range of cutting-edge services to our clients.

As an Operation Manager and CTO, you will lead the technical vision and strategy, overseeing a team of 5 Networking Engineers responsible for maintaining and enhancing our 5G networking components. Your role will include implementing new features, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects and implement core systems.
• Manage incident and fault resolution to ensure service continuity for network customers.
• Ensure network availability across all components in alignment with set targets.
• Oversee execution of engineering tasks and directives for network development.
• Prioritize and manage the network’s work plan.
• Provide solutions for faults and client demands.
• Develop and implement workflows, processes, and procedures for departmental activities.

Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience and direct leadership of technical teams – Mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, with in-depth technical knowledge in telecom – Mandatory.
• Experience in managing engineering projects in the communication field.
• Relevant education and/or significant managerial and technological background.
• Comprehensive knowledge of 4G/5G network components – Mandatory.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and perform exceptionally under pressure.
• Willingness to work hard and during non-standard hours.
• Process-oriented, service-oriented, and creative thinking skills.
• A sense of responsibility and a drive for continuous improvement.
• High-level proficiency in English (writing, speaking, and reading).
