Book by Anyone is a fast-growing startup that let people create personalized, funny AI-written books as gag gifts for their friends, family and loved ones. Since our launch in June 2024, we’ve served over 150,000 happy customers in the US, UK, and Canada. As we continue to expand into new markets and channels, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own our entire marketing operation and spearhead our global growth.

What you'll do:

• Paid Media: Manage all paid media buying (primarily Meta Ads) for scalable, profitable acquisition. Optimize targeting, budgets, and ROAS.
• Creative Production: Oversee video ads (UGC-style), coordinating with an in-house outreach manager and freelance editors. Manage agency partnerships for performance creatives.
• Geographical Expansion: Lead go-to-market strategies for new markets (US Latino/Spanish speakers, Australia, Germany, France).
• New Channels: Launch YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, Email/SMS retention, influencer campaigns, and experiment with TV, radio, podcasts, PR.

Who you are:

• Performance Marketer: Proven track record in profitable D2C acquisition.
• Creative Producer: Skilled at end-to-end video ad creation and briefing.
• Data-Driven: Comfortable with attribution models, spreadsheets, and multi-channel measurement.
• Strategic & Hands-On: You can jump from high-level strategic thinking to getting your hands dirty setting up Facebook campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in performance marketing for D2C or eCommerce
• Deep Meta ads expertise (FB/IG) ; bonus for Google, YouTube, TikTok experience.
• Familiarity with multi-channel strategy, measurement, and attribution.
• Experience with international marketing or multilingual campaigns is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Math, or Science (preferred).
