Frontend Team Lead

Cemento is looking for a talented Frontend Team Lead to join our development department and take part in leading cutting-edge projects. This role includes both technical and managerial leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing directly to the success of the company’s product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers specializing in frontend and cross-platform development.
• Develop and enhance systems using React and React Native with high-quality coding standards.
• Work with Node.js, bridging server-side and client-side development.
• Build cross-platform applications for Android, iOS, and Web.
• Implement local database storage solutions and offline data synchronization.
• Plan and execute advanced architecture for innovative projects.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Web development - Must
• 5+ years of experience in React development - Must
• 3+ years of experience in React Native development - Must
• 3+ years of experience as a team lead - Must (experience in global companies is a strong advantage).
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with cross-platform development for Android, iOS, and Web.
• Proficiency in working with local database storage and implementing offline data synchronization.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken-Must



Advantages:

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies.
