We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior User Acquisition Specialist to lead and optimize high-budget digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of user acquisition campaigns, managing large budgets across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snap, and X.
• Drive performance improvements through constant testing and iteration, including A/B testing ad copy, creative formats, and user funnel experiences.
• Analyze, report, and track the effectiveness of marketing activities, leveraging advanced analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop new marketing angles and innovative ads.
• Maximize ROI through ongoing optimization of campaign strategies and tactics.
• Maintain and enhance performance metrics to achieve and exceed conversion goals.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale digital campaigns and budgets, with a focus on video advertising.
• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is an advantage).
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to learn and apply advanced tools (analytical skills will be tested).
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of success in managing campaigns with measurable results.
