Tech Lead Embedded Software Engineer

We are building a personalized AI-based robot you can mentor

Mentee's goal is to fully integrate robotics, sensing, and AI into a humanoid robot with human-like dexterity and perception, and sufficient reasoning capabilities to execute a diverse array of tasks and continuously adapt and learn new ones. As part of the AI cycle, large language models (LLMs) are tightly integrated translating natural language commands into internal action models that are grounded in a 3D cognitive map of the world.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development of high-performance embedded software and firmware for our AI-powered robotic platforms.
• Oversee the integration of embedded systems with AI, electronics, and mechanical components for seamless operation.
• Establish and maintain best practices for embedded software development, testing, and deployment.

Who You Are

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in embedded software development, with a focus on robotics or real-time systems.
• Demonstrated code lifecycle management skills in a technical environment.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, microcontroller programming, and real-time operating systems (MISRA C knowledge is an advantsge).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
