Bookkeeper - Maternity Leave Cover - Netanya

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join the finance department.

About The Role:

 Perform all activities related to accounts payable, including reviewing and

processing payments to local and foreign vendors, and credit card reconciliations.

 Manage several bank accounts, including daily reconciliations and monthly

controls.

 Record daily financial transactions, including closing entries and cut-off accounts.

 Conduct monthly account reconciliations as well as intercompany transactions.

 Support end-of-month closing and reporting within a tight schedule.

 Oversee and manage all financial data, ensuring alignment with all company

platforms.

 Respond to various inquiries from customers and internal teams such as sales,

business, accounting, and billing, and process invoices, refund reviews, and

account adjustments accordingly.

 Provide reports on specific business activities.

What We Need:

 Formal education in bookkeeping

 At least 4 years of experience in bookkeeping

 Excellent Excel skills (an advantage).

 Experience with Priority ERP system (Must)

 Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 Able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion, and meet

commitments while proactively seeking guidance as necessary.

 Ability to learn and develop operational and technical knowledge and skills to

perform the role successfully on an ongoing basis within a dynamic work

environment.
