Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as the CEO's Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional time management, communication, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will help the CEO stay on top of their busy schedule and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role goes beyond traditional personal assistant tasks, offering an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic, growing firm. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Communication Management: Manage the CEO’s email and messages, ensuring timely responses and organization.
- Schedule Coordination: Oversee and manage the CEO’s daily and weekly schedule, ensuring optimal time management.
- Vendor Relations: Handle interactions with vendors (e.g., Bezeq and other service providers) to resolve issues and manage accounts.
- Document Handling: Scan and send receipts and other documents to the Israeli bookkeeper.
- Administrative Support: Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the CEO’s efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay ahead of deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with email platforms, messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp), and basic office technology.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to scheduling, document handling, and follow-up.
- Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of tax compliance issues is a plus
