System Engineer for the Development and Production of Ground and Airborne Communication Systems for a defense company in the Central District

Job Description:

• Lead the development and production processes of the products in the project, from the development phase through to production.
• Write system and subsystem requirement documents, define and manage interfaces, and manage development, testing, and integration activities.
• Perform integrations and participate in experiments both in Israel and abroad.
• The role is part of the system engineering team in a large and significant project for the aerospace industry.
• The role requires involvement in the development and production of systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as a system engineer in hardware development.
• Experience in projects with international clients.
• Experience in testing, integration, and system integration.
• Experience in transitioning from development to production.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel abroad (3-5 trips per year).
