A bit about the job:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer (50% Position) to join our Product team and help take our client-focused documentation to a new level. You will own the documentation for all product areas and have a direct impact on the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the technical writing profession at Tabnine.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Gather, analyze, and understand technical information, translating complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Plan, develop, write, and maintain technical manuals, knowledge base articles, release notes, API documentation, and online help.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical writing.
• Extensive experience creating technical documentation for enterprise software companies and complex software products.
• Native English language proficiency, including reading, writing, speaking, and copy editing.
• Deep understanding of AI and LLMs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
