Job Description: Junior Associate (Blockchain & Crypto)

Position: Junior Associate

Location: Flexible/Remote, with a preference for candidates based in Israel or Europe

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate to join our team and contribute to our innovative and collaborative approach to legal services.

• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on regulatory, corporate, and commercial legal issues related to blockchain, crypto, and fintech sectors across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drafting & Reviewing: Prepare and review contracts, legal opinions, policies, and corporate documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Client Interaction: Support senior associates in advising clients, including entrepreneurs, investors, and technology companies, on a range of legal and regulatory matters.
• Compliance Support: Assist in regulatory compliance projects, including licensing and cross-border operations.
• Multi-jurisdictional Work: Collaborate on matters involving international laws and regulations, ensuring seamless integration of global legal solutions.
  

Education: LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized law school; a master's degree in law (LL.M.) is an advantage.

Bar Admission: Admitted to practice law in Israel, the US, the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction relevant to fintech and blockchain industries.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a corporate, commercial, or regulatory legal environment; prior exposure to blockchain, fintech, or crypto-related matters is a plus.

• Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in emerging technologies and blockchain.
