Chief Operating Officer

Position Overview:

The Center for Jewish Impact seeks a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the organization’s daily operations, ensure efficiency across all functions, and support the strategic vision. The COO will play a key role in organizational management, program execution, and financial sustainability, including leading fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising initiatives, building relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors.
• Manage and optimize CJI’s operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee program development and delivery, ensuring high-impact outcomes.
• Develop and implement systems for financial oversight and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage teams, programs, and budgets effectively.
• Experience in fundraising and partnership development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional social and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse audiences.
