GRC Analyst

Job Description

We’re looking for a GRC Analyst who’s passionate about governance, risk, and compliance. Someone who understands how organizations work, can identify compliance gaps that others overlook, and thrives on creating practical, effective solutions to close them. Communication and collaboration are essential – we need someone who can work seamlessly with clients and teammates to tackle challenges together. Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess and understand their governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) needs, challenges, and business objectives.
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, and documentation to meet compliance requirements.
• Conduct compliance exercises and assist with compliance assessments and audits.
• Support compliance projects for different regulatory standards or frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure GRC strategies align with broader security objectives.

Requirements

• Background in law or other regulation-related discipline
• Background in either cybersecurity or a technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of governance and compliance principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advantages

• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
• Experience with risk assessments or developing risk management strategies.
• Understanding of regulatory environments across multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, technology).
