Product Manager

We are WellyBox, a fast-growing SaaS startup with 400% growth, serving over 50,000 small business customers globally. We're looking for an ambitious Product Manager to lead our product development process end-to-end and help us scale further.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role where you'll own the entire product lifecycle, from planning and defining features to executing them. In the near future, the goal is to build and manage a dedicated product team as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

• Product Planning & Defining: Own the product vision and roadmap and prioritize features that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Execution: Take concepts from idea to delivery, working hands-on with tools and ensuring seamless implementation.
• UX/UI Design: Use Figma to independently design and refine user interfaces and experiences.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze customer behavior, traffic patterns, and product usage using tools like Mixpanel to inform product decisions.
• Optimization: Continuously iterate on features based on data and user feedback to maximize impact, including improving conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless product experience.
• Scaling Product Operations: Work with large datasets and high-traffic systems, leveraging tools and frameworks to optimize product scalability and performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to define, execute, and manage the entire product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Mixpanel; familiarity with other product and analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in SaaS (mandatory); experience in B2C SaaS is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high traffic and large data volumes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for delivering value to customers.
