Key Responsibilities:

• Providing phone support to system users experiencing technical issues, such as communication faults, operating systems, formatting, drivers, and equipment installation.
• Conducting training sessions and offering solutions for recurring issues.
• Performing in-depth troubleshooting to resolve persistent problems.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00-17:00
• One Friday shift per month

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support center.
• Strong service orientation and exceptional patience.
• Motivated to grow and excel in a stable, long-term position.
