Chief Financial Officer

To support this trajectory, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Tel Aviv. As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including strategy, planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and banking relationships. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you will be instrumental in driving sound financial decisions and operational efficiency to ensure qbiq.ai’s continued success.

• Develop and present strategic financial recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and company audits to maintain financial health.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, profit and loss (P&L) reports, and board presentations.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

• Proven experience as a CFO in companies scaling from 50 to 500 employees.
• Strong expertise in SaaS KPIs and the ability to present key metrics to executive teams and boards.
• 7–10 years of experience as a CFO in SaaS or tech-driven companies with substantial growth trajectories.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• CPA designation preferred but not required.
• A collaborative and strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
