Global AI Lead

We are seeking an innovative and strategic AI and Innovation Lead to drive our AI initiatives across key domains, including art, game design, game economy, development, and automation. This role requires a visionary leader capable of aligning AI strategies with business goals, while effectively gathering cross-functional needs and adapting approaches to diverse cultures and maturity levels. Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between AI teams and business units, ensuring that AI initiatives are aligned with product goals and business needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate the efforts of an AI guild, act as a central point of contact for AI-related initiatives, ensuring that different teams collaborate effectively
• Define product KPIs and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to shape a leading product strategy and positioning
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team member, provide project updates and reports to stakeholders and upper management
• Drive new use case innovation POCs and gradually turn them to products
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies to identify new opportunities for enhancement and innovation
• Conduct product demos and presentations to internal and external stakeholders

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in product management/ domain leadership, focus on AI based products.
• Strong technical background, with experience working closely with engineering and data science teams
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired

• Experience in Computer Games/ Gaming industry- strong advantage
• Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch- an advantage
