Growth Projects Operations Manager

What does the role entail?

Initiating and leading growth initiatives:

• Proactive approach to driving value-added initiatives for the growth of Cibus Pluxee as a market leader.
• Identifying and defining new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives.
• Developing work plans and action scenarios for new initiatives, including presenting ROI and success metrics.
• Managing and expanding collaborations with external partners.

Managing complex projects:

• Full responsibility for strategic projects from initiation to implementation.
• Developing detailed work plans, defining timelines and resources, and leading cross-organizational project teams.
• Close collaboration with the Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, and Sales departments to implement new activities.

Ongoing operations management:

• Responsibility for Go to Market.
• Responsibility for P&L.
• Tracking, measurement, and control.
• Analyzing and measuring ongoing operations.

Job requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management in marketing/business development.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple interfaces.
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive end-to-end processes.
• Matrix management skills.
• Ability to drive interfaces and collaborate effectively.
• Deep understanding of data analysis.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and experience in a startup environment - an advantage.
• Master’s degree - an advantage.
• Familiarity with the financial world - an advantage.
• Management experience - an advantage.
