Junior Project Coordinator

Philtech, a company specializing in digital transformation for social organizations and nonprofits, is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team!

About the Role:

Provide support in coordinating digital transformation projects for organizations in the social sector, with a primary focus on managing community relationships. You'll play a key role in fostering engagement and collaboration within the community, while also assisting in project planning, tracking tasks and milestones, and facilitating communication between teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:

• High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken) - required.
• Up to 1 year of experience in project coordination (experience in digital/technological fields is an advantage).
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A passion for social impact and working with mission-driven organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Industrial Engineering) - advantage.
