Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

The role includes responsibility for coordinating global operational activities. Providing response and service to the company's business customers in Israel and abroad, building work processes, creating sales reports and presentations. Additionally, managing RMA (returns and repairs), identifying bottlenecks, managing orders in the system, and interacting with senior managers. The role also involves coordinating and monitoring various internal organizational interfaces such as the production, development, operations, logistics, procurement, and global sales teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role – mandatory.
• Experience in a role involving customer interaction – mandatory.
• Orientation towards computerized systems – mandatory.
• Experience with Excel – mandatory.
• Experience in a manufacturing company – mandatory.
• Experience in RMA management – an advantage.
• Experience with Priority system – an advantage.
• High analytical abilities, attention to detail, organization skills, excellent interpersonal skills, representativeness, service orientation, broad vision, and high verbal abilities.
• English – high level of writing and speaking.
