. Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, documentation, testing & production release.

• Collaborate with global teams to provide system support and conduct training.

• Handle with complex business challenges.

• Configurate, improve & implement reports and dashboards permissions & data management.

• Data transition and integration between multiple cloud systems such as HubSpot & NetSuite.

• Work using Form Titan, events software, Tax, Payment systems and more.

• Manage multiple projects on both an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization

• Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving Salesforce and sales operations

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems

• Expert with Salesforce best practice

• Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

• Experience with complex Flows and automation

• Experience with SOQL

• Familiar with Community Cloud & Ecommerce – Advantage

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills & with strong business understanding

• Fluency in English – Must
