Senior Compensation and Benefits Partner

A software development company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Partner, who will be responsible for evaluating and managing compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and performance-based compensation. The role involves collaborating with senior management to ensure that compensation strategies align with business objectives, support talent retention, promote internal equity, and maintain market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal consultant and strategic advisor to leadership teams and stakeholders, including finance, business leaders, legal, HRBPs, and recruiters.
• Plan and execute compensation processes with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Participate in salary and benefits surveys, conduct market trend analyses, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Perform detailed analyses of compensation processes and initiatives, such as annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and salary range development.
  
  

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits or related fields, with knowledge of sales compensation considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in designing and managing compensation packages and bonus programs.
• Exceptional analytical skills and advanced expertise in Excel.
• Familiarity with employment rules and regulations (advantageous).
• Hands-on experience with both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a relevant analytical field.
• Proficiency in English.
• High level of trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
