Information Technology Manager

Job Description:

• Manage a team.
• Maintain computing and communication infrastructure.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization's computer network, including budget management and policy setting.
• Lead and manage a systems team and implement information security measures.

Requirements:

• Experience managing 500 workstations and remote branches – required.
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience – required.
• Full technical proficiency and deep knowledge of relevant systems – required.
• Strong expertise in hardware, including:
• Office setup and troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, communication, Active Directory, Unix, ORACLE Database.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 2019/2022, WIN10/11, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of EXCHANGE – required.
• Experience with NETAPP – required.
• Familiarity with VMware and VMware VDI – required.
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English – required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology – an advantage.
• Familiarity with ARUBA – an advantage.
• Certifications in Linux systems (e.g., RHCE, LPIC) and Unix – an advantage.
• Excellent service orientation, interpersonal skills, accuracy, team management, and leadership abilities.
