We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Development Team Leader to join our Access group, who has a passion for exploring new areas and solving technological challenges with a proactive approach to constant improvement.

You will be part of our highly professional group that designs and develops products for managing the Check Point Access security - definition and enforcement. Our goal is to provide to customers the ability to manage their Access policy secure, easy and clear as possible.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage large-scale distributed systems, design, development, and deployment. Watch your code reach almost all Check Point customers.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Be a leader in a team that manages, designs, and implements new Access security capabilities.
• Adapt and take on more responsibilities, build a vision for the team, own your share in the product creating an impact.
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers from various backgrounds.
• Collaborate with security experts, project managers, business, and other teams in Check Point.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements in existing systems, customers, and code.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• At least 1 year of experience as a Software Development Team Leader.
• Programming experience in C/C++.
• Strong coding, design, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
• Programming experience in Python - Advantage.
• Experience in networking (protocols, routing, tunneling, etc.) - Advantage.
