People & Operations Manager

One of our clients, a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Operations Manager to join their team in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including:

Operations

• Streamlining organizational workflows to achieve operational excellence.
• Leading initiatives to optimize processes and implement efficiencies in line with technological advancements.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams to align operations with strategic objectives.

Legal

• Maintaining communication with the company’s legal team to ensure compliance and manage contracts.

Office Management

• Handling daily administrative activities, including office maintenance, welfare, supplies, and equipment.

Finance

• Communicating with the payroll supplier and managing financial tasks such as invoices, client billing, and bank relations.
• Overseeing budget adjustments, financial planning, and monthly expense reviews.

HR

• Designing and managing structured interview processes.
• Overseeing onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Collaborating on payroll processes, including for U.S.-based employees.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with legal and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in HR practices and office management.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, and BambooHR.

Nice to Haves

• Background in finance or law.
• Experience with U.S. payroll systems and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
