Senior AI/ML Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with expertise in LLM and Generative AI implementations, combined with strong full-stack development capabilities. The ideal candidate will work with leading Israeli financial and investment institutions, insurance companies, prestigious research institutes, and major universities, integrating AI solutions into existing systems and developing new applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and Generative AI applications
• Develop robust backend systems to support AI functionality integration
• Create and maintain user interfaces for AI-powered applications
• Develop and optimize AI models using Python and advanced NLP libraries
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud services and existing enterprise systems
• Create and refine prompts for LLM models to ensure optimal performance
• Implement security and data anonymization measures for AI systems
• Provide technical guidance and training on AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Israel's top investment houses, insurance companies, research institutes, and academic centers

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced expertise in developing and implementing LLM and Generative AI models
• Strong backend development skills with focus on: API design and development, Database management, System architecture, Performance optimization
• Frontend development experience: Modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), Responsive design principles, UI/UX best practices
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, with emphasis on: AI/ML model development and optimization, Advanced NLP library implementation, Cloud service integration
• Demonstrated experience working with major AI service providers; APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio, Ollama, etc)
• Expert-level knowledge in prompt engineering and optimization
• Strong background in information security and data anonymization techniques
• Experience in providing training and guidance on AI tools and technologies
• Proven track record of implementing AI capabilities across various technical projects

Technical Competencies

• Backend: Python, Node.js, or similar backend frameworks
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Modern frameworks
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL databases
• AI/ML Frameworks: Experience with major machine learning libraries and frameworks
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• AI Services: Expertise with OpenAI, Meta, and Google AI APIs
• Development Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and similar AI-assisted development tools

Education
