Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join a dynamic team responsible for managing permissions across diverse systems, from cloud environments to third-party platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end access management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage and maintain the central Identity Management (IDM) system.
• Handle access-related issues and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Collaborate on cross-organizational projects and respond to security events effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in information security, with proven expertise in user and access management.
• Practical experience working with Active Directory and Exchange systems.
• Advantage: experience with cloud environments and IDM systems.
• Strong prioritization skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead and support a team.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
