Position Overview:
As the Director of Brand Marketing, you will oversee and execute key brand initiatives, including media relations, influencer partnerships, and talent campaigns. This hands-on leadership role requires managing a skilled team, collaborating with external agencies, and aligning closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing marketing team to meet brand objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand vision.
- Work in close collaboration with the CMO and internal departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-efficient allocation of resources.
Brand Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement media strategies to strengthen the brand's presence across various platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and key media professionals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of influencer and talent collaborations aligned with brand values.
- Track and optimize the performance of influencer campaigns, measuring ROI and refining strategies based on data insights.
- Ensure all marketing activities convey a unified and compelling brand story across customer touchpoints.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer feedback to drive informed decisions.
- Use data to continually refine and improve brand marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English.
- At least 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record in media relations and influencer marketing within B2C sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing both internal teams and external agency relationships.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, especially influencer and media marketing.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and drive measurable results.
- Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Role based in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.
