Position Title: Retention Marketing Lead

About the Role 

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Retention Marketing Lead with strong design and copywriting skills in both Hebrew and English. This role will focus on driving customer loyalty and retention through email marketing, SMS campaigns, loyalty programs, and subscription strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Retention Strategy

• Develop and execute retention marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and lifetime value.
• Implement and optimize loyalty and subscription programs to strengthen customer relationships.

Email and SMS Marketing

• Create, design, and manage engaging email and SMS campaigns, including content, segmentation, and automation.
• Continuously test and refine campaigns using A/B testing and personalization to enhance performance.

Design and Copywriting

• Craft visually appealing designs and compelling copy for marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences in both Hebrew and English.

Customer Lifecycle Management

• Design and optimize customer journeys to deliver relevant, timely messaging at every stage of the lifecycle.
• Develop and execute strategies to prevent churn and re-engage inactive customers.

Data-Driven Insights

• Monitor and analyze key retention metrics and campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retention, email, or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in loyalty and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Yotpo).
• Strong design and copywriting skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
