Capital Market Legal Counsel- Temporary position

A leading financial organization is looking for a capital market legal counsel for a maternity leave replacement position. You will be a team member in the legal department 

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the various internal departments
• Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
• Company secretary, including assistance in managing board meetings
• Studying new regulations, regulation updates, assimilation including writing procedures.
• Writing commercial agreements in Hebrew and English in Israel and abroad.
• Working with various regulators, including the Real Estate Authority.

Qualifications

• qualified to practice law
• 3-4 years of experience as a capital market lawyer
• Good and fast learning ability
• High level English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently
