About the Role

We’re looking for people who are passionate about solving problems, don’t shy away from leading features and projects, and are sharp and creative enough to find outside-the-box solutions to our wide range of product initiatives

What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and deploy new business logics driving our client-facing product forward
• Lead technical projects and product initiatives
• Tackle complex real-world problems, that directly affect the company’s success
• Develop mainly in Python, using Django and Postgres often
• Be a part of a vibrant team of bright and experienced engineers bringing the construction industry into the digital age
• Develop data processing infrastructures, pipelines, and ETLs, while designing the data structure best suited to both updating and querying

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with an OOP high-level language, including a minimum of 2 years working with Python.
• Proactive, independent achiever, and self-learner, capable of handling tasks from ideation to production.
• Leadership experience, leading people, projects, or technologies
• Experience working with cloud service providers and DB technologies. Experience with AWS and Postgres - advantage
• Proven work with Python at large scale. Either for data analysis, backend development, system development or similar - advantage
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent - advantage
• Experience in fast-paced startup companies or founding initiatives from scratch within a company — an advantage.
