As an International Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating a remote team of freelancers and employees from regions such as Bangladesh, the Philippines, and India. Success in this position means ensuring team productivity, meeting deadlines, and contributing to the seamless execution of strategic goals.

You will work closely with a partner at Millennials, gaining exposure to the operational backbone of a high-performing agency and unlocking significant growth opportunities for your career.

• Teams consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and deadlines.
• Challenges are identified and resolved promptly through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Clear workflows are established and maintained, promoting efficiency across all projects.
• Positive relationships are cultivated with remote team members, ensuring long-term engagement and motivation.

• Manage Performance: Oversee and optimize the daily performance of international team members, ensuring objectives are met.
• Set Goals: Establish clear, measurable goals for team members and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Monitor Progress: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solve: Address and resolve operational challenges promptly to maintain efficiency and workflow continuity.
• Collaborate Strategically: Work directly with a senior partner to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
• Communicate Proactively: Ensure smooth coordination and communication among team members across time zones.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools: Advanced knowledge of OneDrive, Teams, and Excel is essential.
• Experience with Remote Teams: Previous experience managing remote or international teams is highly preferred.
• Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities without losing focus or efficiency.
• Language Proficiency: High-level English skills for clear verbal and written communication.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
